Upper School
The Upper School faculty, teaching students Grades 5 through 8, work to ensure that they are not only nurturing social and emotional development, but also supporting the academic potential of each student. Our Upper School faculty provide the most challenging and innovative curriculum to prepare every student to become an independent, confident learner and well-rounded person.
The program emphasizes critical thinking, collaboration, active participation, and use of technology to enhance learning. An Advisory program provides students with social and emotional strategies, strengthens relationships between students and faculty, and fosters a supportive school culture. Our Traits for Success are implemented across every subject to promote knowledge, character, and community service — enriched by Science Fair, Student Council, Model United Nations, and Declamation Day.
